Fwink is a great program for people with webcams and/or people who want to share their webcam on their site. It has a bunch of configurable settings, and can even automatically upload images to your site!

There are four tabs with many option to change…

The file transfer tab is where you input your ftp info and choose whether to capture an image every x seconds, minutes, or hours. You can also save images to a file on your computer.

In the video capture tab you can select your device as well as change image controls, video format, and many other options.

The text effects tab is pretty cool because you can assign a text overlay to the image and customize the text just about any way you want.

And last, but not least is the overlay tab, in this tab you can add any image as an overlay to your webcam, and place it just about anywhere on the image. Another nice feature is that png alpha channels are supported, so you can have a watermark type overlay if you like.
